Economy ministry sees inflation below 3% in January–June 2020

MOSCOW, Dec 3 (PRIME) -- Russia’s inflation will sustainably remain below 3% in January–June 2020 if the current debt interest rates remain, the ministry said in a research note on Tuesday.

“The estimate of the Economic Development Ministry of Russia says that continuation of the current interest rate level on the banking credit products predetermines continuation of low combined demand and consistent fixation of inflation below 3% in the first half of next year,” the research note read.
